Since launching his career, James has worked in a variety of health clubs, which includes spending 15 years as a Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. He’s piloted a number of small group training programs, and has a background working with everything from individual clients to large groups.

James’ specializes in meeting a client “where they are at” and working within the limitations of their natural biomechanics. Because of this, he has valuable experience working with individuals who have profound physical impairments either as the result of disability, illness, or injury.
