I have been a personal trainer/coach for 15+ years now. I have trained people of all ages but my favorite group to work with are those who are 40+. As a member of that age group, I enjoy teaching them how to have a healthy lifestyle and maintain a fit body. My programs are always based on what the client feels is important to reach their fitness goals. Your training program should be fun and also effective to help you to achieve those goals. I also teach group fitness programs as well. I apply the same philosophy to my group programs, as I do to my one on one clients. Since launching his career, James has worked in a variety of health clubs, which includes spending 15 years as a Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. He’s piloted a number of small group training programs, and has a background working with everything from individual clients to large groups.

James’ specializes in meeting a client “where they are at” and working within the limitations of their natural biomechanics. Because of this, he has valuable experience working with individuals who have profound physical impairments either as the result of disability, illness, or injury.
